Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the day-to-day accounting operation including preparation Group bank balance, cash flow monitoring, update bank collections from overseas subsidiaries within the Group.

2. Assist in monthly, quarterly Group reporting assigned by CFO.

3. Handling of full sets of accounts including GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets ensuring all entries are posted accurately & Month-end and year-end closing.

4. Prepare Monthly Audit Schedule. Reconcile monthly inter-companies’ billing transactions & balance reporting.

5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting reporting. Liaise with bankers on banking related matters.

6. Handle and liaise with auditors and tax agents on auditing and taxation matters.

7. Prepare GST computation and submission.

8. Responsible for overall SAP implementation and data migration. Conduct reconciliation and analysis of current financial data for data migration.

9. Work and coordinate with HQ, stakeholders and functional teams within the Group/organization for data gathering, analysis and requirements of SAP.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Bachelor in Finance & Accounting or Business Accounting  or related.

2. 3 years and above experiences in finance and accounting preferably in SME with exposure to Group and subsidiaries.

3. Must have SAP implementation experience.

4. Able to work independently and prioritize work and organise her work properly.

5. Meticulous and Attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Able to handle work that is highly sensitive / confidential.

7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

8. A good team player. Ability to meet tight deadlines.

9. Able to liaise in Mandarin to work with our counterparts.
