Technical Support Engineer/Overseas – 2024

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for pre-sales support of the company’s smart devices and smart card related products, including technical communication with customers, application training, preparation of technical solutions and presentation of technical solutions.
2.Build good relationship with the customers, collect customers’ needs and make the professional plans.
3.Support on After-Sales quality issues, make After-Sales data analyses and provide recommendation for improvements.
4.Responsible for writing bid proposal and technical response, etc.
5.Responsible for product presentations, product/system demonstrations, etc.
6.Responsible for customer product and solution testing.
7.Handle all kinds of product projects, requirement changes and other process matters.

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in computer science, telecommunication, electronic engineering and related disciplines.
2.Good learning agility, enthusiastic and cheerful personality, good execution skill, strong resistance to pressure and mature communication and coordination skills.
3.Proficient in English and an extra foreign language from one of the followings : Russian, French, Portuguese or Spanish.
