Technical Consultant
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the pre-sales support of the company’s intelligent equipment and smart card related products, including technical communication with customers, application training, technical scheme preparation and demonstration.
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships, customize products and schemes according to customer needs.
- Providing after-sales services such as arranging issue report, root cause analysis and suggesting workaround.
- Responsible for writing tender documents and other technical support as required.
- Other product management roles including prepare product requirement, change request management and solution demonstration for customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, computer, communication, electronics and related majors.
- 3-year or above technical support related work experience.
- Experience in smart devices, payment devices, smart cards industries is preferred.
- Enthusiastic and cheerful, strong pressure resistance, and mature customer communication skills.
- Language requirements: Russian and English can be used as working languages.
