Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the pre-sales support of the company’s intelligent equipment and smart card related products, including technical communication with customers, application training, technical scheme preparation and demonstration.
  2. Establish and maintain good customer relationships, customize products and schemes according to customer needs.
  3. Providing after-sales services such as arranging issue report, root cause analysis and suggesting workaround.
  4. Responsible for writing tender documents and other technical support as required.
  5. Other product management roles including prepare product requirement, change request management and solution demonstration for customers.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communication, electronics and related majors.
  2. 3-year or above technical support related work experience.
  3. Experience in smart devices, payment devices, smart cards industries is preferred.
  4. Enthusiastic and cheerful, strong pressure resistance, and mature customer communication skills.
  5. Language requirements: Russian and English can be used as working languages.
