Telecom/ Banking & Finance, Sales Manager – Business Development

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for expanding the company’s business in the Telecom industry or banking& finance industry, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.
2.In-depth understanding of the Telecom sector/banking & financial sector and related markets, developing effective technical proposal and sales strategies.
3.Coordinate internal company resources to provide customer satisfaction solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and service.
4.Track industry trends, analyze market competition, and provide feedback on product improvements and market opportunities.
5.Maintain and expand the customer network, establishing solid cooperative relationships.

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electronic information engineering or a related field preferred.
2.More than 5 years sales experience in telecom industry or financial industry, with telecom intelligent business hall, M2M, banking equipment and other project experience is preferred.
3.Proficiency in telecom industry or banking and finance technology, able to provide overall technical solutions to clients, understanding industry trends, and technological innovations.
4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively manage customer relationships.
5.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, capable of coordinating internal resources to achieve customer goals.
6.Fluent in spoken English and Russian.
